We ship our engines, gearboxes and diffs with no oil. Please refill the engine/gearbox/diff with manufacturers recommended oil grade before attempting to start the engine

Ecu, body control modules and other electrical items may need to be re-programmed to your car

Steering racks, complete wheel hubs, slam panels, propshafts might be dismantled prior posting to make sure that it fit in courier size requirements

Your Pallet Delivery ( engines, gearboxes, doors, bonnets, tailgates and other big and heavy items) will be made on working day between 8.30AM AND 5.30PM. Delivery date will be confirmed in advance. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods as a failed delivery will either mean you will have to pick up the item yourself or you will incur £25 redelivery charges which will need to be paid before the delivery is made. Please check the condition before signing accepted in good condition.

Warranty and Returns

Warranty relates to the supplied part(s) only, it expressly excludes any consequential loss & fitting/labour charges. If an item arrive faulty, damaged or was lost in the post, we will send you a replacement. If a replacement is not available, then a full refund will be issued. If you buy the item by mistake, you change your mind or don't check part number, you are welcome to send the item back at your expense. If any unauthorised alterations are found to have been made to a part then any return will be refused. Refunds are issued within 1-2 working days of part returned.
