1. Description of service
SokuParts is a search interface that queries eBay Motors listings in real time. We are not a retailer, marketplace, or payment processor. All transactions occur directly between you and eBay sellers on eBay's platform.
2. Affiliate links
SokuParts participates in the eBay Partner Network. Links to eBay listings may be affiliate links. When you click these links and make a qualifying purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Prices displayed on SokuParts are sourced from eBay and are subject to change without notice; the price you see on eBay at the time of purchase is the authoritative price.
3. No warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing information, including prices, condition descriptions, or shipping estimates. Always verify details directly on eBay before purchasing.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SokuParts and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any listings found through it.
5. Intellectual property
The SokuParts name, logo, and original content are owned by SokuParts. Listing images and data are property of their respective owners and are displayed under license from eBay's API terms.
6. Third-party sites
Clicking a listing takes you to eBay, which is governed by eBay's own terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of eBay or any third-party site.
7. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
