Returns

GENERAL RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty not working, in which I cover return shipping back to me and issue you a full refund. If this is the case for you, please message me directly prior to filing a return. IF I do accept a general return, the original shipping charges are nonrefundable and buyer pays return shipping. In the instance that an item is damaged in shipping, a full refund will be issued upon proof of damages. Again it is your due diligence to confirm parts fitment on your personal vehicle.

Shipping

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier it is out of my control. If you have a special request (fast delivery) We can do it for an extra fee. Item will be packaged and shipped with care. If we are shipping with freight (pallet or oversized, heavy item) you must have a commercial address(shop/warehouse). Otherwise there will be a $150 additional charge for residential address and another $125 if liftgate is needed (this is what the carrier will charge us). THIS ONLY APPLIES TO PALLET/FREIGHT SHIPMENTS. I use regular UPS, Fedex and USPS ground services for all of my items unless stated otherwise.

I do offer shipping internationally via eBays Global Shipping Program. If you reside outside of the continental United States and wish to purchase an item, please contact me for a direct shipping quote.
