Commercial Freight Shipping is used for any parts that are too large or too heavy to ship with standard shipping services. We use a freight service for these items, and the item will come on a wooden pallet in a semi trailer. You MUST provide a commercial business address with business name for shipping an item like this. A forklift or loading dock is required for this kind of shipping. Not providing a commercial address with business name will result in delays in your shipment. We CAN ship to a residential address, but price must be discussed in advance as it would result in residential delivery fee, which can range from $150-$300 additional. While we respect and appreciate home-based small business, we are unable to use a residential small business address as a commercial address. A military base will count as a commercial delivery address, but there will be additional fees accrued to deliver to a military base. Additional fees range from $100-$250 depending on location. We understand a dilemma of not being able to receive a shipment right away, but we process hundreds of orders at a time and cannot be responsible for holding a shipment. Local pickup items will generally be 1-3 business days processing for pickup. We STRONGLY recommend reaching out to confirm readiness of the local pickup item prior to traveling to pick it up. We stock some items on the shelf, others need to be pulled from vehicles in the yard. If you order a local pickup item, it is on the vehicle and needing to be pulled, and show up same day to pick it up, it will likely not be ready and you will have to wait for a long period of time or return at a later date to collect your order.

Returns

For listings that offer free returns, we provide return shipping via email to your registered eBay email address. Your eBay email address MUST BE CORRECT. Shipping labels will come directly from the carrier to your email, not through eBay. We will provide one shipping label per return request for returns that offer free shipping, no additional return shipping labels will be provided, so please be sure to provide a valid email address in your eBay account, or reach out with a valid email address so we can send you a shipping label. Warranty

Parts are guaranteed against defect and fitment unless the listing specifies that the sale is as-is. Warranty coverage is found in the listing under 'returns' and custom body cuts are sold as-is with no returns, exchanges or refunds. Check the 'conditions and options' line of the listing to see special warranty coverage on engines and transmissions. Ask us for details on extended warranty coverage. All parts we sell are for US market vehicles only unless otherwise specified in the listing. Parts for US market vehicles may not fit vehicles for overseas or international markets. Verification of fitment based on OEM part number is highly recommended. We do not have the ability to verify fitment on international market vehicles, so if you purchase something for an international market vehicle we will assume that you've done your homework to verify fitment prior to ordering.

ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, REAR AXLES, FRONT AXLES, AND TRANSFER CASES ARE SHIPPED WITHOUT FLUIDS IN THEM. AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS WILL HAVE THE FILTER REMOVED AND IT MUST HAVE A NEW FILTER INSTALLED WITH NEW FLUID TO FUNCTION. OUR FIRST QUESTION IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A TRANSMISSION IS WHETHER YOU PUT A FILTER IN.

YOU MUST INSTALL A FILTER AND FLUID IN AN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FOR IT TO FUNCTION AND THE TORQUE CONVERTER MUST BE ALIGNED TO THE PUMP DURING INSTALLATION. DAMAGE CAUSED BY FAILURE TO INSTALL A FILTER, FLUID, OR ALIGN A TORQUE CONVERTER IS NOT COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND IN THE EVENT OF A TRANSMISSION BEING DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION.
