This is an ENGINE TOP END REBUILD KIT MACHINING SERVICE for your 1985 and 1986 Honda Atc 250R three-wheeler.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a remanufacturing service of the cylinder that you're mailing in for us to machine. The cylinder in the photo is a representation of what your cylinder will look like after we remanufacture it. Your cylinder must be a good cylinder with enough room in the sleeve to machine to the next oversize. PLEASE NOTE: This service includes up to a 4th oversized piston(1mm oversize). If your cylinder requires going larger than 4th oversize there will be an additional $35 charge for the larger piston. You will be required to remove the gasket material from the bottom of the cylinder prior to mailing it in. If you want us to remove your gasket from the cylinder, you will need to pay an additional $35.00 gasket removal fee. We also offer a bead blasting service of your cylinder for an additional $45.00 fee, if interested.

*WE OFFER A BEAD BLASTING SERVICE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $45.00 FEE. ALSO, IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE YOUR GASKET MATERIAL, THERE IS A $35.00 FEE.*
