Additionally, due to globalization, we do not accept returns solely based on the manufacturing location of a part, as brands are often produced in multiple countries.

Electrical Parts Policy

There are NO RETURNS on Electrical parts, components or parts that require CODING/PROGRAMMING unless the part is returned in its original unopened (sealed) box/package.

Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on all parts that we sell. If a part malfunctions during this period, please get in touch with us. Normal wear and tear or incorrect installation are not covered under warranty.

To validate the warranty, please ensure the following:

• Provide photos of the defect (if possible) along with an explanation of its nature.

• Include the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

• Submit a certified mechanic's report.

• This report should contain the installation details, including the date, mileage at the time of installation, and the current mileage of the vehicle.

• The report is a concise assessment by a certified mechanic explaining why the purchased part failed and needs to be replaced.

The defective part must be returned in its original manufacturer’s packaging.

Payments Terms
