There is no contact form on this page on purpose — a form would only turn what you write into an email, so you may as well send the email. Everything below goes to the same address; the headings are just what to put in it so the reply is useful the first time.
Something on a part page is wrong
The most useful message we get. Send the URL of the page and what is wrong with it — a number that is not really a part number, listings grouped under a category they do not belong to, an explainer that describes the wrong kind of part. The pages are assembled from sellers' own listing text, so these are mistakes only someone who knows the part will spot.
You want a page removed
Send the URL and say who you are and on what basis. If you hold rights in something reproduced on a page, or a page names a part number you consider confidential, say so and we will take it down while we look rather than after. Note that listing text, images, prices and seller names come from eBay and belong to the sellers and to eBay — we can remove our page, but not their listing.
Privacy requests
Access, correction and deletion requests go to the same address — put "privacy" in the subject line. Be aware of what there is to request: the site has no accounts, no sign-in and no tracking profile, so in almost every case the honest answer is that we hold nothing tied to you. The privacy page sets out exactly what is stored.
Press, partnerships and data
Also this address. If you are asking about bulk access to what the site knows, say what you are trying to build — the answer depends heavily on whether you need part numbers, the listings behind them, or both.
What we cannot help with: orders, payments, refunds, shipping and returns. SokuParts is not a shop and holds no stock — every purchase is between you and an eBay seller, and only eBay can see your order. Fitment questions are best asked of the seller, who can see the part.
